At B&E, we treat every customer with the utmost respect and appreciation. After the customer fills out our info sheet, we’ll look over the car with the customer and address any concerns. We then use this information to complete the estimate. With the conveniently placed monitor in the lobby the customer can easily interact with us during the estimating process. We will enter the information into the electronic estimating system & break down the estimate into each separate component to ensure all necessary parts are included in the estimate.
After we generate an estimate, the customer can sign the order to begin the repair process. Of course, if a customer needs a rental car we can reserve one for them to use while their vehicle is under repair. Our shop runs double shifts. This translates into shorter repair times for the customer’s car. When we are finished, the customer’s vehicle gets washed and inspected.
In the unlikely event a vehicle is returned to address any issues found after repair, that customer receives first priority over all other work.

We honor all insurance companies. In addition, B&E is a direct repair facility for USAA participants in its Stars Program. As always, B&E will bill direct for any additional repairs. There are times when after market parts are needed. We assure our customers that all of our parts are of the highest quality, whether new, used or aftermarket. B&E only uses C.A.P.A. (Certified Auto Parts Association) approved parts that have been tested for quality of fit, 500 hours salt tested for corrosion, and crash tested for reliability and safety.
